I am giving this review specifically for Danny that works the drive thru. He was super friendly and talked to us while we waited and made recommendations for different items to try. Definitely the kind of customer service I like to see when I’m going out. He’s amazing and should absolutely get a raise.
Diego and the team were on it today I witnessed other drivers and myself getting our orders quicker than before and he is very polite and professional.
One of the best places to get a burger in Saratoga Springs! Made fresh and tasty. We have eaten here a few times and it’s always consistent. The milkshakes and onion rings are really good too!
I go here every once in awhile, I have some special requests with my order, such as “well done” meat, extra crispy onion rings, etc. they always deliver me the food EXACTLY how I want and they never get my order wrong. This is super important to me and other people I bet because most places wouldn’t pay attention to this detail. The staff is also always very friendly and fast. Love this place!
This was my first time to Apollo Burger and I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Utah Burger with Pumpkin Spice Milkshake and fries. Everything was delicious! The Pumpkin Spice Milkshake was like a Pumpkin Cheesecake in a cup. I couldn't get enough of it. I definitely will be back.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, Utah burger, a spicy one (I forget what it is called), fried shrooms and French fries. The burgers are huge! They are filling. They were so good. The mushrooms were the best tasting mushrooms I've had. They were fresh before fried. Everyone was so nice and the service was awesome. The prices were really reasonable as well. Try this place.
The food here is always so good, and the staff are so warm and kind. The other day I went through the drive thru and they accidentally forgot one of the items in my order. I came back today and they gave me that item plus another free item to make up for it. They were very kind and apologetic about the situation. I really appreciate how sweet all of the staff has been to me upon every visit I’ve made there.
Customer service was amazing and Daniel was a very polite young man. He was on point with my order and when I told him it was my first time eating here, he helped me pick out a meal and I have to say, he gave me a 10/10 meal. I do have to say that the prices can be a little bit over the top but the taste was immaculately good. Thank you Daniel for the wonderful experience.
